The staff is the reason I come and stay 4 days at the Loft visiting my family at Christmas. The staff are both professional, yet they are very kind always asking if I need anything since I use a walker.

Von was fantastic! Upon arriving at the hotel, he made us feel very welcome. He had a smile on his face, helped us add our Bonvoy number to the reservation, answered questions related to parking our vehicle. He was very friendly and attentive. When we went to the shop area of the lobby, he volunteered information on how it worked and what some items were. It was nice to see a kind, friendly face upon arrival and during our stay.

Location was convenient. Numerous nearby restaurants. Glad there was a gym, but not my favorite equipment.

Location is Homewood, which is quiet and perfect little town to explore by foot to shop and eat on the edge of downtown Birmingham. Very safe and one of Bham’s quintessential neighborhoods.

The area has great restaurants walking distance and so close to UAB. We love to stay here because of the convenience and we know it is clean and safe!
